1/2 cup of natural creamy peanut butter (note if your peanut butter is sweetened you may need to adjust the amount of sugar, here also almond or cashew butter can be used)
1 cup of almond flour
Topping – 3/4 cups of dark chocolate chips ( be creative and use milk or white chocolate chips)
Recipe
Take a brownie dish, spray with cooking spray. Melt the butter and warm the peanut butter slightly, mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, almond flour together and pour in the pan. Put the pan in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, until it is hardened.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Smooth it out and let it stand in the fridge until it is hard.
As mentioned above, this is a great dessert to keep in the fridge in a dish and help yourself to a piece a day to satisfy your sugar craving.
